Is my account safe when you log in?+
Yes. Our boosters operate exclusively on Ventura-owned machines — no software is installed on your PC. Credentials are AES-256 encrypted and permanently deleted the moment your order completes.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page and enter your Client ID (VTR-XXXXX) which was emailed to you after purchase. You'll see live progress, booster updates, and screenshots.
How long does a boost take?+
It depends on the service. Rank boosts typically take 4–24 hours per tier. Farming sessions run in fixed blocks. Estimated time is shown before you checkout, and your booster updates you in real-time.
Can I request specific play hours?+
Yes. Use the Special Instructions field during checkout to specify preferred hours or hours to avoid. Your booster will do their best to accommodate your schedule.
What if my order isn't progressing?+
Submit a ticket with your Client ID and select "Delayed Order" as the category. Our team will investigate and reassign your booster if needed. We guarantee completion of all accepted orders.
Do you store my game credentials?+
No. Credentials are encrypted during your active order and automatically purged from our systems the moment your order is marked complete. We have zero data retention on login information.
